- Have never had to bring in business before or only sporadically and are trying to increase your client base.

What does it cover?
The five programmes below are specifically designed to provide legal business owners and consultants with a tailored mentoring coaching programme to enable you to build or enhance your business skills so that you can serve more clients profitably.
There are two business-based programmes:
SILVER
Six hours of mentoring - the aim of this programme is to assist Senior Associates to develop partnering skills or to get you started in setting up your own business. It focuses on business skills and includes how to boost your confidence when entering the unknown.
GOLD
Eight hours of mentoring - this is aimed at Managing Partners and/or and the focus is on skills to grow your business and team. Plus we review your marketing and pricing strategies. This includes what routes to market suit your clients including networking in person and social media platforms. A business grown action plan going forward is then created using tried and tested methods.

There are three critical interpersonal skills-based programmes:
Leadership - focuses the personal factors of leadership including values, qualities and skills. It also enables you to overcome your leading and managing change challenges.

Self-confidence - either stand alone or as part of the business programme. This includes processes to remove the blocks to your self-confidence such as turning your 'Inner critic to Inner cool', Body language and assertive techniques to support or improve your self-confidence.

The coaching model used is the T.G.R.O.W. It stands for Theme, Goal, Reality, Option and Will. Each is explored appropriately in the initial discussion and subsequent coaching sessions where appropriate.
Ann mentors her clients from her considerable industry experience and expertise. She provides tried and tested tips and exercises to support your particular goals. It should be noted that there might be exercises to be carried out in between sessions.
The programme details are agreed prior to commencement of each themed package:
- The whole process is enshrined in confidentiality
- Flexibility is provided to accommodate client work
- Coaching can be face to face, Zoom, Skype or by telephone.
